Engineering Leadership

Hear from team
"I work at Greenhouse for the collaboration and empowerment. Each team, each person is empowered to push forward their best ideas to improve our culture, processes, technology and product. That empowerment has led to a great product that people love to work on."
"I like working at Greenhouse because it offers me an opportunity to improve people's experience during one of their most vulnerable, memorable and potentially life-changing moment, job interview. We work incrementally and we evaluate our results with data. This is also the first company in my career where I've never felt an unhealthy power dynamic between employees regardless of role, and so I feel empowered to do my best."
