Team and Leadership

Hiring Manager
"I'm an engineering manager with 5+ years distributed/remote management experience. I coach teams deliver impact and take smart risks. As a people manager, my strength is connecting individuals to the opportunities they need to grow. I love a good Slack meme. Let's work together!"
Hear from a teammate
"When I first joined Plaid, I thought I might be making a tradeoff in my career growth to work at a great company as a fully remote engineer. That has been FAR from what's actually happened. I've grown more in my last 2 years at Plaid than I could ever imagine. I feel like the company truly cares about my growth. I've gotten so much helpful (and thoughtful) feedback from my peers, as well as support and sponsorship from mentors and managers. Now that I'm an engineering manager, I'm excited and motivated everyday to invest in my team."
