About the job

As Technical Lead of the Growth - Monetization team, you will be responsible for leading a team of full-stack developers focused on increasing customer lifetime value. You will set the technical direction and influence features alongside product management, design, and members of the leadership team.

You will be a founding member on a new team that will own various initiatives including, but not limited to, churn prevention, reactivation, pricing strategy, upsells, and upgrades.

  • Work collaboratively in a business growth environment with a product and technical vision.
  • Contribute to full-stack development (React, Java, AWS and Postgres)
  • Consistently deliver features and PRs with an iterative approach
  • Develop necessary alerting and monitoring to ensure stability our our systems
  • Conduct A/B tests and collect data to influence product decisions
  • Groom and mentor other developers while establishing best practices in our web stack
  • Work with Product and Marketing teams to gather technical requirements
You should apply if you have
  • 4+ years of professional experience working on large scale software systems
  • Expertise in modern web frameworks (React preferred, AngularJS useful)
  • Experience in API design and development (Java preferred)
  • Experience in relational database design and development (SQL)
